The customer service was exceptional. My wife's birthday was on the Sunday before Labor Day and I was planning picking them up before going to a surprise party for her. The day after I ordered flowers online, I received a call from Mt. Scott Flowers saying that they were going to be closed that day due to the holiday. I immediately assumed I would need to pick them up on Saturday and have a friend hold onto them and add some logistics to the already complex day. Instead, they volunteered to come in if I could give a timeframe to come in to pick up the flowers because it was her birthday. I was blown away and extremally thankful for their willingness as it saved me so much hustle and helped make her special day go off without a hitch. I would give 6 stars if I could.
